cackling evil intentions
I need rescue from
Ha ha ha. Brave lady. This is very nice 🙂
Aw … I’m sure you could find one if you wanted 😉
I’m glad there’s not some dodgy old rogue hunting you Susan! This made me smile.
🙂 thanks, Holly. Me too!
i love this Susan. You created an image in my mind in an instant. Well DONE
🙂 thanks, Audra. Was it the choppy, silent film reel where the heroine gets tied to the train tracks?
mmm no it was the Saturday cartoon short of dudley do right saving the damsel in distress after the dastardly villain tied her to the train tracks.
That works too! Love the clip.
Liked this a lot! It made me think of Dick Dastardly! 🙂
Tell em 🙂
before I even saw the cartoon, I thot of Sniddley Whiplash!
You nabbed the idea well. I thought and thought and couldn’t come up with the Snidely Whiplash and Nell on the tracks in haiku. I really wanted to. Good one.
🙂 thanks, Alice! Was hard to do in haiku format–would have been much easier in lune.
CLASSIC! Love the haiku, love the melodrama – wonderful interpretation of the prompt.
Har… perhaps one will show when you least expect it.
Ahh–I have to echo everyone else around here–loved this!
Yes, do your own thing and nobody bothers. Good policy Susan!
🙂 thanks, Hank!
Great witty style
