you don’t see me
but I am here
spinning in a flurry
we might call a dance
if we were together in this
so light
it is not falling
but a spiral race to earth
you don’t see me
but I am here
spinning in a flurry
we might call a dance
if we were together in this

Ahhh Susan is back. Lovely to see your words spinning again.
Thanks so much, Audra–nice to see you too! Doyou have power back, finally?
Yup. Last night came back on. Thanks for asking. What a pia!!
Yeah, I hate when that happens. I catch myself walking around the house, turning things on that won’t work.
Gravity is one of my favorite mysteries. Calling the force that makes us stick to the planet “gravity” tells us nothing about what it REALLY is. Thanks for rolling science and poetry into one. 🙂
Thanks, Alice. Yes, we can observe but never really define it 😉
So much of the world is just like this. 🙂
Seeing you in my inbox is becoming a regular thing again. YAY. Good to see you, and read you sfam, you’ve been missed. Hope this means work has calmed a bit. 🙂
It has a bit. Thanks much, I miss you guys too!
Aw, shucks, Suze…for Me?
I bet you say that to all the physical forces. 😉
Seriously–love this.
Between the crushing pressures
at the centers of things
and the pressure-less
vacuum, there is
just this,
this thin skin of
volition.
Love seeing your words again.
Here’s hoping this becomes a regular thing.
JCC–that is gorgeous. i am hoping to keep my head above the work water. I miss this.
Interesting!
