Jackalope
tastes a lot like lobster
hard headed
mythic

conceived in thunder
and born in hail

though it is difficult to chew
with a tongue in your cheek

    There is a great place down the road here called the Jackalope. Not only is he tough to eat but he also sells quaint knickknacks from Third-World countries. Quite a trickster that Jackalope.

    Cool little verse, must confess never heard of a jackalope… so had a looks strange little creature indeed. Tastes like lobster …interesting combination 🙂
