Animals think
they’re pretty smart
shit on the ground,
see in the dark
but they do see
to not step
in their own shit
so they are smarter than us.

I thought so too, and I had to use that first stanza from arguably the strangest spam I’ve ever had.
I love this! I’m still giggling at the humor and marveling at the truth. It’s a beautiful thing when those two qualities happen together!
