who knew
that guy, that brilliant
sardonic guy shaking wit like martinis
served up & very dry
would lose the pseudonym,
his barbed wire breached
smoothed by a feeling so rainbow
when he wears it
the blue dances in his eyes
***for you, Bruce, and Ms. Blue π
Smiling and blushing , mostly blushing Thank you Susan
Thanking you too, for the inspiration. Had to do it…just had to.
I am sure Suzy will blush just as much
That’s us. Poets always blush. Good thing it’s considered charming…
Yep, blushes here too. Thank you Susan, I am so touched π I am a very lucky lady.
Suzy x
Aw, methinks perhaps you both are. π
love this Susan… it has been fun to read those two …why do we all blush so ?
I have a theory, about how as poets/artists we have thinner emotional skins and blush easier…but it is just a theory.
I like your theory…
π works for me!
Very interesting. I am curious to know whom you are writing about (though it might be a secret).
Not a secret–the perps commented above π
