sorry about the hair
women girls, I was busy
shaping this body
these muscles
that strength
tight and precise
as a strung bow
to send flesh
like the toned arrow
it is
into that shiny gold target
too busy
to notice the sloppy ponytail
would embarrass
my critics sisters
next time
I will spend less time training
and more time grooming
because that’s what wins
medals approval
One has to look for the camera. I’m sure I’d do the same, only because cameras aren’t my friends…haha.
🙂 they definitely are not mine, either, but c’mon, Don–she looked cute.
I haven’t watched any of it, but I have a good idea as to what you mean.
crafty and well made points… 10 for execution and 10 for style..
Thanks, Audra. Will you come over here and fix my hair before the ceremony?
haaa I um,don’t think you want that… my tom boy nature would not make you pretty
LOL, have you SEEN my pic? Simplicity all the way…They would talk about me at any medals ceremony too…
I would MOST certainly FLIP the bird to any camera for you.. united we stand my friend 🙂
YAY!!!!!
My mom told me about the criticism, and what I’d like to say, I abbreviate. WTF.
I don’t get it, not at all.
Nelle–WTF-ing right along with you. Unbelievable.
really liking your thoughts here, though I have stayed away from all things Olympic
Thanks, Ian. Hard to do when they are in your country 🙂
From this, I guess there has been some crits about an athlete from the US. Does it really matter how she looks? And pray, how can one run, jump, hurdle, swim, and do all those sporty things and still avoid some sweat and dishelved hair? Not even superwoman can acheive that! Go girl and I say FTA! Your title and words say it all, Susan
🙂 Thanks!
