About Susan L Daniels

I am a firm believer that politics are personal, that faith is expressed through action, and that life is something that must be loved and lived authentically--or why bother with any of it?

I don’t normally use the adjective “sweet” to describe any poetry, but, really, this is a sweet and simple little piece. I find it refreshing. It makes me smile! 🙂

After looking up this flower’s images, I fell in love with the blue shades of the petals, and matching skies and waters….lovely

A beautiful painting of the sky ~

  8. I have over-used the word “beautiful” on your blog and it is all your fault – blame the poet and not the poetry! but this is beautiful!
me thinks me hears the flower respond
    “remember you is
fun, you whose kind fingers sing
    petals to unfurl”

    • Oh my! Thanks so much. Beautiful is a word that can never be overused, even when (or perhaps because) it makes me blush 🙂

      Like your response haiku, too!

  9. How can you not remember? Beautiful imagery

Lovely glow in your haiku sky, Susan 🙂 I’ll not forget it either.

Change of template? I like the previous one better just a little.
