Thanks, Dewey!
How very Cupidian of you, Susan. … No, I don’t think there is such a word, but I’m an English teacher, and I’ve always assumed the degrees bestow certain privileges towards my lexical experimentation. Call it fantasy if you will, but it helps me to keep myself entertained.
🙂 Love it, George!
well done.. straight through..truth is felt
Thanks so much, Audra!
truth is reflective in your haiku… blunt and honest as an arrow haiku 🙂
Hi Susan, my first time here. Like your haiku – wonder if the arrow ricochets when shot from the heart, and heads straight back, hmmm…
Nice visiting you.
Rosie
Hi Rosie, and welcome! Yes, these arrows rebound, which is the joy of it…
I like speaks in a straight line ~ I would suggest a comma after arrows, so that there are two images ~

hmmm, let me look at it, probably a really neat idea
Yes, better!
Cupid strikes! Lovely haiku…
Dew drops of the dawn!
Thank you, Pranita!
sings shining silver arrows ~ great words expressed in lovely haiku ~
thanks so much, appreciate the comment.
when love shoots from your heart, you can only hope the target is nearby! Lovely words..
Thanks so much, appreciate the comment!
Thanks, guys!
no matter the distance of the target, if your aim is true, will hit it’s mark!
love it sfam

Thank you!
The words to some whining 80’s song “your love is true” immediately took over the earwig portion of my brain — I’ve tried a hot shower, a cold shower, and a Q-tip, but they’re still stuck in there! I like the subtle use of true, as in defn. 6 “precise, accurate” !!
Ahhh–Spandau Ballet? My apologies–it was an ear worm then…
Right to the point, point to point.
Thanks Nelle!
I am awestruck at the type of expression!
3 marvelous lines. I am actually reading it over and over again.
Oh, my, thank you so much–something felt from the heart, and shot from the heart–glad it speaks to you, too.
I like it! Well said.
Thanks so much, Susan
I believe this a principle of heaven spelled out in a shape of beautiful lines! Thanks again dear~Deborah
Thank you, Deb–now I am blushing, again…
I love this cupid-like haiku…. the heart will be pierced..

Thank you so much!
perfect susan. we all like to see some illusiveness in or writing from time to time. but in real life we like the straight line – no devisive schemes when it comes to the actions of the heart.
Exactly–when it comes to my emotional life–give it to me honestly, or not at all 🙂
“silver arrows,
speaks in a straight line”,.love this!
Thank you Jaideep!
Nice one, Susan!
