that guy, that brilliant
sardonic guy shaking wit like martinis
served up & very dry
would lose the pseudonym,
his barbed wire breached
smoothed by a feeling so rainbow
when he wears it
the blue dances in his eyes

I have a theory, about how as poets/artists we have thinner emotional skins and blush easier…but it is just a theory.
